Marketing Support

  • Africareps’ role is to create a high profile of the prestigious and iconic African Partners we represent, and promote them to the Australian and New Zealand travel industry
  • We are a representation company and do not run a booking office. We work in a support role for the travel industry and respect all existing channels
  • We make sales calls to targeted travel companies throughout Australia and New Zealand
  • We provide training with Power Point presentations via virtual [online] and face-to-face in-house meetings
  • We facilitate enquiries from our Australian and New Zealand travel clients and endeavour to sort out their requirements, challenges, or problems with our African Partners
  • We negotiate and assist in getting deals over the line which involve our African represented partners
  • We and our African Partners send out mailshots and press-releases to the travel industry thus keeping consultants constantly up to date
  • We liaise with the travel media to keep the broader industry up to date on all activities relating to our African partners
  • We facilitate and plan the organisation of roadshows and workshops
  • We supply product brochures and marketing collateral
  • We provide images and copy for brochures, websites, newsletters and EDM’s
  • We arrange and facilitate educationals to the camps, lodges, hotels, and products we represent in Africa
